Hola y bienvenidos a la sección española de Greencraft. En este momento (enero 2007) somos dos miembros españoles en Greencraft, pero esperamos ser mas… así que haré algo de proselitismo ¿quién dijo que el proselitismo estaba prohibido? Noooo, es bueno, bonito, funciona y lo vendemos barato… ¡es un chollo! Y de regalo un microondas… Bueno, veréis, GC es una tradición de wicca tradicional, derivada de la wicca alejandrina, con base en Flandes (actualmente Bélgica pero quien sabe en el futuro) y extendida por Francia, los EEUU y algún otro socio perdido por ahí, como es nuestro caso. La aportación de GC a la wicca alejandrina consiste en el trabajo con árboles y animales que consideramos de significado especial, y su relación con el esoterismo occidental tradicional Como toda la wicca tradicional, mantenemos la estructura en covens, con su alto sacerdote y sacerdotisa, y un sistema de grados en los que se progresa por medio de iniciaciones, tras el correspondiente periodo de estudio y preparación. Los grados son, neófito, primero, segundo y tercer grado. A cada persona se le proporciona el curso correspondiente a cada grado, mas las enseñanzas recibidas en la práctica, en vivo y en directo, que es lo mejor. De este modo, se progresa paso a paso. Las enseñanzas de GC son densas y elaboradas. El estudiante irá encontrando herramientas cada vez mas complejas para entender la Naturaleza y a la vez que aumenta su compromiso personal y su dedicación, podrá establecer una Alianza con la Naturaleza que le permitirá entender, sentir y usar la fuerzas y seres que operan en Ella. No buscamos adeptos ni queremos ser maestros en sentido clásico. Buscamos personas que hayan sentido la llamada de la Naturaleza, que hayan sentido ese nosequé de lo Oculto, que quieran trabajar en grupo y que a la vez sepan ser independientes y aportar su propia independencia y conocimiento personal al grupo. Esperamos que cada persona encuentre en GC los medios necesarios para su desarrollo personal, que no tiene porque ser igual de una persona a otra. Por favor, curiosos abstenerse. De verdad, no os conviene, ni a nosotros nos gusta perder el tiempo y revelar secretos. Mantener el secreto es importante en wicca. Estaremos encantados de revelarlos, sin embargo, a las personas preparadas para ello. Los curiosos pueden satisfacer su curiosidad en la web (muchas de las cosas que se dicen son ciertas, otras no), también en esta web, cuando yo vaya traduciéndola, hay mucha información. Y las personas que realmente sientan la necesidad de iniciarse en este tipo de brujería que llamamos wicca, que no lo duden, que estaremos encantados de recibirlos con los brazos abiertos y la sonrisa en la boca. At the present moment (January 2007) we are two spanish members of Greencraft, but we want to be more... thus I will make some proselitism, who said that proselitism was banned? Noooo, it is good, nice, it works and we sell it cheap... it's a bargain! And you get a microwave for free... well, let's see, GC is a tradition of traditional wicca, derivated from alexandrian wicca, with base in Flanders (current Belgium but who knows in the future) and spreaded through France, the USA and some lost members out there, as our case is. GC ads to alexandrian wicca the work with animals and trees considered as having an special meaning and its relation with the traditional european esoterism. As all of the traditional wicca, we keep the covens structure with their high priestess and priest, and a degrees system in which you can progress through initiations, after the corresponding period of study and preparation. The degrees are: neophyte, first, second and third. Each person will be provided with the course along with live classes, what's the best. This way, the student can progress step by step. GC teachings are dense and elaborated. The student will find more and more complexed tools to understand Nature and, at the same time that it increases its personal commitment and dedication, it will set a Covenant with the Nature that will allow the student understand, feel and use the forces and beings existing within Her. We are not looking for adepts nor we want to be teachers in the classical sense. We are looking for people who have felt the call of Nature, who have felt that I-don't-know-what call of the Occult, who want to work in a group and at the same time are capable to be independent and can add its own independence and personal knowledge to the group. We hope that everyone will find in GC the means for their own personal development, which need not to be equal for dofferent persons. Please, curious absteined. In fact, it will not benefit you and we don't like to loose our time and to reveal secrets. Keeping the secrecy is important in wicca. However, we shall love to reveal them to prepared people. The curious ones can satisfy their curiosity in the web (many of what it is said it's true, but not all) and there is many information in this web too, as I will be translating it. And those who really feel the need to be initiated in this sort of withcraft that we call wicca should not doubt, we are willing to receive them with open arms and a smile in our faces. Quique
